UNDERSTANDING CHANGE MANAGEMENT
The organized methodology and approach used to move people, teams, and organizations from a present state to a desired future state can be broadly defined as change management. Making sure the individuals affected by these changes are prepared, eager, and capable of operating effectively within the new paradigm is more important than simply implementing new software or rearranging corporate processes.
